On Sunday, Marco and Black Rock Martial Arts threw down for a great cause, aiming for 10,000 punches in an hour to help rebuild the Qualicum Beach Skate Park 🛹. Marco crushed it with 11,412 punches, and together we raised over $3,000! 💰

When holding focus mitts, keep your wrists straight and your elbows slightly bent to absorb the impact safely. Always present a stable target by engaging your core and meeting the punch with controlled resistance.
